Yes. Let us know by email. Orders cancelled after despatch will incur a cancellation fee that is 35% of the value of the item/s ordered.
Remember to check your delivery in front of the driver. If that’s not practical then send an email to [email protected] within 24hrs with your complaint and pictures of the item/s and the packaging. We will then commence our investigation and aim to resolve the issue without causing you additional distress.
