Shipping and Delivery

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Your delivery schedule is supplied with your order confirmation by email. All delivery charges are covered by Cher Casa to UK mainland UK addresses only. Deliveries to Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands, Northern Island, Channel Islands and other parts of the world will incur additional charges.
Normal delivery days are Monday – Friday. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are by possible arrangement and will incur additional costs. We will contact you to agree on a date and delivery window that is best for you. This date and time is then confirmed by text, email or end-to-end encrypted messages. Deliveries are made to the agreed address or your instructed alternative. All failed deliveries incur an automatic re-delivery or cancellation charge.

DAMAGES

We source furnishings to suit your contemporary luxury experience. Some of our furnishings have deliberately distressed in appearance or come across as aged for authenticity. Colours may also be slightly different from their presentation on www.chercasa.com. Please note that any such inconsistencies are as they should be and part of the overall design process / product style. It does not mean the product is damaged. It is as it should be.
Please check that your delivery is in good condition and sign for your delivery before the driver departs. Incorrect item delivery should be notified to us within 24hrs by email to [email protected] It is unlikely that there are any damages but if there are; the driver will be able to return your delivery. You have twenty four hours from time of delivery to report any damages to us by email. Please email [email protected] to return a damaged item. Che Casa reserves the right to refuse any claims outside this 24hr time period.

ACCESS CHECK REQUIREMENTS

The customer is expected to ensure the delivery area is easily accessible, all pets are secured and minors are in a safe space.
The customer is expected to ensure that table tops that are over 220cm in diameter and any other deliveries can easily bypass staircases, stairwells and doorways. Any other accommodations by our delivery team will be subject to a re-delivery charge.
Larger items are delivered to the ground floor due to the terms of our insurance policy. There must be suitable elevator access for deliveries above the ground floor. The driver may also require extra help so please consider this at the time of placing your order.
