REFUNDS / RETURNS
Cher Casa will issue a full refund within 14 days once written cancellation is received before your order is despatched.
Any item being returned must be in its original packaging. The item must also be in a condition that allows said item to be re-sold.
A refund is issued, in due course, on receipt of the item by us and after full inspection. The customer will incur all costs associated with return of the item. We recommend that relevant insurance is taken out through a reputable shipping agent for items in excess of fifty pounds.
RE-DELIVERY CHARGE
There is no re-delivery charge in the rare event that we despatch the wrong order to you. We impose a re-delivery charge if we were unable to deliver your order due to no fault of our own eg area not cleared for delivery, incorrect address given or no one available to receive or sign for the delivery etc. There will be a collection charge if the item is no longer required and meets our reasonable conditions for return of said item.
CANCELLATION FEE
Cher Casa will confirm your order by email. All cancellations after deliveries are despatched are liable to a fixed cancellation fee calculated at 35% of the cost of the item that would have been delivered.
